The PWA Group of companies was founded in the 1990’s by a group of industry experts who collectively have over 120 year's Motor Industry experience. The directors of PWA have extensive experience in the operation of new and used dealerships, dealer principal and management roles, retail and wholesale finance, warranty & insurance, and service management.

Today Premium Warranties Australia provides a comprehensive range of Warranty Programs nationally for trucks, tractors, machinery, passenger vehicles, 4X4 and commercials, motor bikes, motor homes, boats, jetskis, caravans and brown & white goods. For the protection of you and your customers the claims risk for all PWA Warranty Programs is either underwritten by our Insurers or in some cases by PWA under our AFS licence and all comply with current FSR legislation.

We are very much a people business engaging qualified professional sales agents to visit your Dealership on a regular basis. Our highly skilled and courteous office and claims staff are on hand to assist with any enquiries. We have representation in all States and Territories with an extensive repair network to ensure your customers receive first class service in the event of a claim.

Our Customer Help Line: 1800111330 puts your customers in contact with one of our experienced claims staff who will refer them to the nearest authorised repairer to have the problem assessed. For customer convenience there are no warranty claim forms to be completed. The repairer simply faxes a report and quote to PWA and, if deemed a claim, authorization is given and payment is made direct to the repairer upon receipt of Tax Invoice.
