We've proven it time and again – a well managed, well executed warranty program provides immediate differentiation from your competitors. If you were given the opportunity to buy a product that had an exceptional warranty offering, compared to another similar or same product with little or no warranty, at the same price, which would YOU buy ?
Some of Australia's largest retail names are reporting that their greatest areas of profit are now finance and warranty.
CAN YOU AFFORD TO MISS OUT ON THIS EXCITING NEW AREA OF BUYER BEHAVIOUR?
Let us demonstrate how a PWA warranty can be the key to real profit!
The value we bring to our customers is a business model that delivers:
• Immediate sales growth by developing market differentiation strategies.
• Increased customer contact and satisfaction.
• Unique benefits, for example an itemised failure report to assist with identification of manufacturing problems.
• Handling of all warranty or service related calls through managed call centre programs.
• Better visibility and control of warranty related matters through accurate reporting.
• Mandatory service options on all products, increasing customer contact and repeat sales opportunities.
• Reduction of current internal warranty expense through "goodwill".
Our business clients often ask us what is a warranty? It is generally an extension of those customer warranties implied by law, however an extended warranty will contain provisions and conditions like any contract. It is not an unconditional guarantee of performance, nor is it a contract of insurance. The essential elements of a warranty program issued by PWA is constructed to maximise business opportunity for all parties and to provide exceptional service to end users.
PWA is a solutions centric business focussed on developing strategic advantages for our business customers,
These strategic advantages include enhancement and development in 4 main areas of business:
1. Sales & Marketing differentiation strategies to win more business through value add & increased quality perception.
2. Goodwill Cost Reduction Strategies to alleviate mismanaged goodwill expense.
3. Service Retention programs that create repeat business via service departments.
4. Fiscal Impact which mitigates losses and minimises tangible 'off balance sheet' provisioning
Premium Warranties Australia is holder of Australian Financial Services Licence #313138.
This means the warranty product issuer and originator will make provision for claims payments and provide a guarantee and indemnity for its commercial clients against future claims losses. We may administer service contracts on behalf of the seller or may issue our own warranties with a Product Disclosure Statement.
We have world class experience in managing risk through our numerous resources in underwriting, insurance, actuarial assessments and claims management.
To become a PWA re-seller, you will need to be engaged by us to act on our behalf as either a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) or as an Individual Authorised Representative (IAR).
It is a mandatory compliance requirement under the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) to be authorised and accredited. One of our trained consultants will be only too happy to discuss this process with you.
Under present legislation any business which is deemed to be managing a financial risk for and on behalf of its customer is regarded as a financial services business and as such needs to obtain an Australian Financial Services Licence or operate as an authorised party of a licence holder.
Customer loyalty is paramount in our modern business environment. Promises can be easy to make, but tough to follow through on. PWA prides itself on our loyal and growing customer base.
Our aim is very high, that is for 90% of our customers to report when asked that they are “satisfied or very satisfied” when dealing with PWA and would recommend PWA to others.
We’re constantly looking for new ways to improve on our service, by identifying and improving those processes that impact your business.
Our core purpose is YOUR BUSINESS, that is, we do not believe that one size fits all.
